At the Oral Facial & Implant Centre we aim to make your surgical journey as comfortable as possible and this includes considering the financial impact your medical care can have on your personal circumstances.

The initial consultation fee will vary between patients based on the time taken for the consultation. A Medicare rebate is only available if you have provided a valid referral from the GP, Dentist or Specialist. We aim to deliver exceptional care at a reasonable cost to you. Payment of the initial consultation is due at the time of consultation. Payment for treatment completed in the practice under local anaesthetic is due at the time of service provided to you. Payment for surgical procedures completed in accredited day surgery or private hospital will be required in full, one week in advance of the surgical booking. In this setting you will also have an Anaesthetic Medical Bill and your Hospital Bill or Hospital Insurance Excess if you have maintained a private health insurance policy.

Some oral, facial and dental implant surgical procedures will be rebated by Medicare and your private health fund if you have maintained private health insurance and served any relevant waiting periods. However, some procedures will be rebated only with dental extras if you have an extras private health insurance policy such as for surgical extraction and wisdom teeth removal. Procedures that are purely cosmetic will receive no rebate from medicare, health funds and also attract GST. Our friendly team are familiar with maximising the rebates available to you and aim to streamline your medical billings and rebate process.
Dr John Webster will ensure you have informed financial consent before any procedure is commenced. We are aware the best surgery for your long-term successful treatment is not always the cheapest treatment and so the Oral Facial & Implant Centre have agreements with AfterPay, Zip Money, macCREDIT and Medipay to assist with financing your procedure.
